The second floor terrace has fabulous panoramic views over the golf course and lakes of the resort to the Mar Menor in the distance. Truly breathtaking scenery.
The sliding patio doors lead from the lounge onto a large covered terrace which has wonderful views of the 15th green and 16th fairway.
The terrace is the perfect place to eat or relax with a drink and enjoy the spectacular views.
The Accommodation
This stylish apartment has been transformed and totally refurbished, redecorated to a high standard and offers luxury accommodation for 4 adults.
There is air-conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans have been installed in both bedrooms, the apartment is equipped with a cable TV with a good selection of UK channels, and free WiFi.
You’ll be impressed with the fully equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, ceramic hob and electric oven and grill with extractor fan. There is also a toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.
The Utility room has a washing machine, ironing board and clothes dryer
The main bedroom opens onto the large terrace so you can enjoy the morning sun, and they each have built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage. You’ll also find a hair dryer.
